Vault Platform
Vault Platform is a workplace misconduct platform for enterprise businesses. I was brought in to lead the content strategy as the company changed ICP from HR professionals to risk and compliance teams.
During my time at Vault, I project managed a company rebrand, which involved reviewing and rewriting the entire website, preparing and publishing launch communications, redesigning and refreshing all of the company's digital assets, and restructuring the messaging hierarchy.
This hierarchy work ensured the whole business was singing from the same hymn sheet and created a more concise journey for prospects as they moved down the funnel.
